Your Challenge

Für unser ambitioniertes Sales Team suchen wir Verstärkung für das Vertriebsgebiet rund um Hannover. Wenn du ein passionierter Vertriebler (m/w/d) bist, der immer wieder seine eigenen Erfolge toppen möchte, bist du bei uns richtig! Mit unseren Industrierobotern und Automatisierungsmodulen bringst du zukunftsweisende Produkte in einen Markt mit enorm viel Potenzial.

Dies ist dein Aufgabengebiet:

Erarbeiten und Umsetzen einer regionalen Vertriebsstrategie
Proaktive Betreuung und Entwicklung der fruitcore Partner / des Integratorennetzwerkes in der vereinbarten Region
Lead Gewinnung, Qualifizierung und Verfolgung, um den Verkaufserfolg sicherzustellen
Aktive Akquise von B2B Neukunden und Betreuung von Bestandskunden
Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über das Erstellen von Angeboten bis hin zur Lieferung der Systeme bist du federführendes Bindeglied zwischen Kunden und fruitcore robotics
Entwicklung von OEM's und Key Accounts
Repräsentanz des Unternehmens auf internen und externen Messen und Events
Verantwortlich für die ambitionierte Umsatzplanung und Entwicklung in der Region
Mitgestaltung im strategischen Marketing durch ständige Markt- und Kundenbeobachtung

Your Talent

Du kannst durch deine mehrjährige, einschlägige Erfahrung Erfolge im technischen Vertrieb nachweisen, z.B. im Technischen Außendienst, als Technical Account Manager oder Sales Engineer (m/w/d) - idealerweise im Bereich Automation oder Robotik
Ein technisches Studium ist wünschenswert
Technische Affinität und Begeisterung für Automatisierung koppelst du gekonnt mit Verhandlungsgeschick
Du bringst Marktkenntnisse im Bereich der Robotik/Automation mit
Offene Kommunikation und der Fokus auf einen lösungsorientierten Dialog im technischen Bereich zeichnen dich aus
Du zeichnest dich durch deine Kontaktstärke, lebendige Sprache und gewinnende Art aus
Du bringst eine große Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeiten mit
Du bist motiviert, andere und neue Wege zu gehen
Der regelmäßige Austausch und ein intensiver Kontakt zu deinen Kunden vor Ort sind für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit
Du bringst sicheres Deutsch und gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
