Lead Generierung und Qualifizierung: Strategische Identifizierung von potenziellen Kunden und Herstellen des Erstkontakts, hauptsächlich telefonisch und per Mail
Erfragen der Ist-Situation sowie der Bedürfnisse der Leads und Aufbau einer Kundenbeziehung durch einen konstruktiven Austausch
Erfassen der eingeholten Informationen in unserem CRM-System sowie Übergabe an Senior Sales Manager
Mitarbeit an Potentialanalysen und Kontaktrecherchen: Erkennen von neuen Potentialen vor und im Erstkontakt mit neuen Kontakten
Analyse großer Datenmengen mit Hilfe unserer Sales Tools
Vereinbarung von Folgeaktivitäten für unsere Senior Sales Manager
Du bist ein aktives Mitglied in unserem Sales Prozess. Das bedeutet direkten Kontakt zu neuen potenziellen Kunden sowie unseren Außendienstmitarbeitern, dem Marketing und anderen Funktionen im Unternehmen

Your Talent

Du packst die Gelegenheit beim Schopf und gehst proaktiv auf potenzielle neue Kunden zu
Du hast auch am Telefon ein empathisches Gespür für die Kunden, erreichst durch deine positive Kommunikation einen konstruktiven Austausch und stellst die richtigen Fragen
Du arbeitest organisiert und erfasst deine Ergebnisse nachvollziehbar in unserem CRM-System, damit eine gute Basis für unsere Sales Manager gegeben ist
Du hast Lust auf ein junges Unternehmen, in dem du einen wesentlichen Anteil beitragen kannst und Teil eines engagierten Teams bist
Du bist aktuell in einem Studiengang mit technischem Hintergrund (bspw. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder einem fachfremden Studiengang immatrikuliert und hast eine große Affinität zu Automatisierungstechnik und neuen Technologien
