Your Challenge

Du erstellst Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach dem HGB.
Du erfasst und verbuchst die laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle mit Fokus auf die Finanzbuchhaltung und bist verantwortlich für die Abstimmung der Bilanzkonten.
Du unterstützt fachlich die Nebenbuchhaltungen (Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Anlagenbuchhaltung).
Finanzrelevante Themen im Zuge der Internationalisierung unserer Geschäftstätigkeit werden von dir vorangetrieben.
Du wirkst aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung von passgenauen Prozessen und Richtlinien mit.
Gemeinsam mit dir gehen wir kontinuierlich und mit spannenden Projekten unseren Weg in Richtung einer modernen, digitalen Finanzfunktion.
Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Bereichen bei fruitcore zusammen und unterstützt in der Abstimmung mit der Wirtschafts-/Steuerberatung sowie den Banken.

Your Talent

Deine hohe fachliche Kompetenz im Arbeitsbereich basiert auf einer fundierten Ausbildung (wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbar).
Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen eines Unternehmens im internationalen Kontext mit. Ein Produktionsumfeld ist hierbei von Vorteil.
Gute Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach HGB sowie im Steuerrecht (insb. Umsatzsteuer) zeichnen dich aus.
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und bei der Buchhaltungs-Software idealerweise mit DATEV.
Darüber hinaus beherrscht du Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und vor allem qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise zählt zu deinen großen Stärken.
Du kannst auf eine hohe Eigeninitiative zurückgreifen und arbeitest proaktiv und lösungsorientiert.
Freude an der Teamarbeit sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten runden deine Talente ab.
