Your Challenge

Leite und entwickle unser Einkaufsteam weiter und übernimm die Verantwortung für die strategische und operative Beschaffung.
Baue starke und nachhaltige Lieferantenbeziehungen auf, pflege sie, führe effiziente Verhandlungen und behalte das Vertragsmanagement im Auge.
Entwickle und setze Einkaufsstrategien um, um die Materialverfügbarkeit sicherzustellen und Kosteneffizienz zu steigern.
Analysiere Markttrends und identifiziere Einsparpotenziale.
Stelle die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen sicher.
Arbeite eng mit anderen Abteilungen wie Entwicklung, Produktion und Logistik zusammen, um die Supply Chain zu optimieren und Entwicklungsprojekte zu unterstützen.
Beteilige dich operativ im Tagesgeschäft, um eine direkte und effiziente Umsetzung von Strategien sicherzustellen.
Du berichtest an den VP Operations und stellst Kennzahlen zur Einkaufsperformance bereit.

Your Talent

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf mit, idealerweise in der Robotik-, Maschinenbau- oder Elektronikindustrie.
Du hast Erfahrung im Einkauf in einem stark wachsenden Unternehmen und kennst die Herausforderungen eines jungen Unternehmens sowie die, die sich im Rahmen des starken Wachstums ergeben.
Du verfügst über Erfahrung im globalen Einkauf, insbesondere in Asien.
Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Vertragsrecht und Lieferantenmanagement zeichnen dich aus.
Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Teams.
Du besitzt eine Hands-on-Mentalität und die Bereitschaft, operativ tätig zu sein.
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind für dich selbstverständlich.
Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen zählen zu deinen Stärken.
Du bist bereit für Dienstreisen, bspw. zu Lieferanten, sowie regelmäßig an beiden Standorten in Konstanz und Villingen zu arbeiten.
